The old story of love, hate and betrayal has again been resurfaced by Pakistani model cum actress and Salman Khan’s ex-girlfriend Somy Ali. She came all the way from Florida to pursue acting only to meet Salman Khan who was her first crush reveals by Somy but before she could reach her destination, Aishwarya Rai came into the scene and shattered her love life.
She claimed that the reason of rift between her and Salman was Aishwarya Rai. When asked whether she hold grudges for anyone of them. She said, “Neither. After an ugly tiff, Salman Khan has finally convinced his best friend Sanjay Dutt to be his father. Salman and Sanjay had been thick friends in the industry over the years. Actually, in ‘Bodygurad’, Salman wants a masculine, rough and tough body hero to enact the role of his father and he finds Sanjay the perfect choice.
A source said, "Salman had actually made the offer of his father`s role to Sanju two days earlier, and the latter just laughed it off. At the party last Thursday, he brought it up again. This time, Sanju lost his cool and an angry scene ensued."
All knows if Salman wants something, he would have it by any means. Salman is a person who always stands by his friend in need and so when he approached Sanju Baba, he readily agreed. “Salman is not being unrealistic or spiteful by offering Dutt his father`s role. Salman is the kind of person who would do anything for a friend. If Dutt asked him to play a walk-on part in a film, Salman wouldn`t think twice before doing it. So he sees nothing wrong in offering Dutt his father`s role, and he won`t take a no for an answer," added the source.

‘Tell me O Khuda’ is an attempt to re-launch and firm Esha Deol’s foothold in Bollywood. Hema Malini has roped in Salman Khan for a special appearance in the film.

After the recent success of his movies, Salman Khan has hiked his price to Rs 50 cores. The actor who was charging 40 crores for a movie will now take home a whopping amount of Rs 50 crores.
Salman Khan has not only hiked his fees but also become very choosy when it comes to director. When he signs a film, he also gives suggestion of suitable directors to the makers.
“Salman is not only quoting a fee close to Rs 50 crore, he is also 'recommending' (Ready: appointing) directors for these films. Like, for the T Series project Salman has put forward the names of two directors and has asked producer Bhushan Kumar to choose from one of them. Furthermore, he insisted on Sonakshi Sinha for Kick and now he's recommending Zarine Khan to his prospective producers," a source told film expert Subhash K Jha.
Filmmaker Bhushan Kumar confirms that Sallu has re-structured his fee, "When Salman bhai did Ready the film industry was facing a huge financial crunch. But he agreed to cut down his price from Rs 40 crore to Rs 17 crore. This was the only way we could have made Ready at that time. Now the market has changed for the entire film industry. So, we are currently re-negotiating with him for our next film."

Here’s the FIRST LOOK of the most awaited movie of the season BODYGUARD. Starring Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor in the lead, the flick is set to release on 31 August, 2011.
Shooting for the film began on January 16, 2011 in Pune and later continued in the historical town of Patiala. The film’s original soundtrack will be composed by Himesh Reshammiya along with one song by Pritam.

According to a source, “Madhuri mam is so happy and excited about her Filmfare act with ShahRukh. They both are great friends and they had a great time catching up during their preparations.

When Aishwarya Rai got married to Abhishek Bachchan, there were speculations that actor Salman Khan just might marry his long-time girlfriend Katrina Kaif soon - implying that he couldn't get Aishwarya back anymore. Salman Khan joins Twitter
Bollywood star Salman Khan is the latest actor from tinsel town to have joined the micro-blogging site Twitter.
"Arbaaz ne kaha ke Tweet karna toh banta hai boss. Chalo now, whoever was being me, party over, baju hatto please (Arbaaz said that I must Tweet. So now whoever was being me, please move aside)," Salman said in his initial posts.
The actor was welcomed on Twitter by jewellery designer Farah Khan Ali who is amongst the most regular celebrities on the website. "Hey guys please welcome the one and only superstar actor Salman Khan on Twitter @BeingSalmanKhan. Big shout to him," Farah posted.
While a lot of Bollywood actors have joined Twitter, stars like Amitabh Bachchan, Saif Ali Khan, Aamir Khan, Aishwarya Rai, Sushmita Sen, et al, are yet to get bitten by the Twitter bug.
